Der Tiger von Eschnapur (released in English-speaking countries as "The Tiger of Eschnapur"), the 1959 Fritz Lang French/German/Italian romantic adventure thriller (based on the novel by Thea von Harbou) starring Debra Paget, Paul Hubschmid, Walter Reyer, Claus Holm, Sabine Bethmann, Luciana Paluzzi, Rene Deltgen, Guido Celano, Angela Portaluri, and Valery Inkijinoff. Note that this movie had a sequel from the same year, also by Fritz Lang, called "Das indische Grabmal". Further complicating matters is that Lang then edited the two movies into a single feature which was released in English as "Journey to the Lost City".

Linen Backing Specialists

We restore and linen back film posters.

We can linen back any posters you see on our website you like or your own movie poster.

A vast majority of pre-1980's movie posters were issued folded by the studios. Linen-backing achieves the effect of flattening the folds as well as making the poster more visually alluring, whilst conserving and preserving the piece.

By linen backing these posters, the folds and minor defects become virtually undetectable at normal viewing distance.
