FAQ's

01

I can't find the poster I saw here before?

That’s because we’ve either already sold it or we’ve decided to remove it from the website for the time being. We occasionally change our available stock for a variety of reasons, but please contact us if you want a particular poster and we may be able to search for another example of the same poster for you. Looking for something in particular?

03

Can I track my order?

We give you the Royal Mail website link to track your poster’s delivery when you pay for your order. We have no control over Royal Mail delivery schedules so please be patient. It’s very unusual for any item to be lost but for high value posters we strongly recommend you consider insurance, which is an additional charge made by Royal Mail.

05

My order was received damage. What can i do?

This is highly unlikely, as we pack your posters very securely in strong cardboard tubes. If you are concerned about damage to a valuable poster, we strongly recommend you consider insurance, which is an additional charge made by Royal Mail.

07

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use a secure way of processing your payment but, as with any form of online payment, if you have any concerns about Flicks Film Posters, speak to us first or alternatively do not order from us. We have 100% positive feedback from previous buyers and are very confident you will be happy with your poster and our customer service!

09

I don’t like the poster I bought. Can I return it?

Yes, but all postage costs are at your expense and the poster must be returned in the same condition that we shipped it in and within 14 days. Once we receive the poster we will immediately refund your payment.

02

Has my order been sent yet?

We always email you immediately after we’ve shipped your poster to advise you of the likely delivery schedule. We also give you the Royal Mail website link to track your poster’s delivery when you pay for your order.

04

You've sent me the wrong item

This is highly unlikely, but if it does happen please return the incorrect item and we will pay all postage costs you incur. We will then send the correct poster you originally ordered and waive any postage costs for sending it!

06

Which methods of payment can I use?

PayPal, credit card, cheque (N.B. please allow enough time for your cheque to clear with our bank; we only ship your order once the payment is cleared). We do not recommend sending cash through the post, so if that is your preferred method of payment please contact us first to discuss.
